The Lease:

The Town Council supports plastic free Lyme Regis and has also declared a climate emergency. The Council will want to ensure that single-use plastics are avoided by the chosen Tenant and that high standards of environmental sustainability are maintained at all times. All proposals will be expected to demonstrate support for these principles.
